We finally were all well enough to have a birthday party for David with Matt's folks. Poor guy had to wait 3 weeks for his party. Thankfully he didn't really know the difference.
We were given a zoo pass for Christmas so we decided to make the most of it. We took the kids for a day to the zoo a couple Saturdays ago. It was kind of a celebration of us all being well again. It was great to be able to take our time going through just a few of the buildings knowing we can do some of the others another time. Thanks David and Desiree :)

We were checking out all the photos in the galleries that you posted today. BEAUTIFUL. We are glad that everone is feeling well enough to enjoy so many activities at home & abroad. Was that pass to the Henry Dooley Zoo? Must have been a nice day for building snow men & forts. Our snow is toooooo cold to make snow balls of any size. If you want to build something you just have to cut out some blocks of snow and pile them up. Love, A. Jean & U. Helmut
